Cosmo is a restaurant chain whose star is in the
ascendancy and rising with every new premises

St Andrews Restaurant sounds as Scottish as
they come, yet there’s a whole lot more going on
here. The Portobello diner does a bustling trade,
especially on those long summer days when the
nearby beach is filled with bathers. When hunger
sets in, you need food fast and St Andrews
Restaurant is well placed to satisfy that appetite
thanks to its extensive menu. It all starts with fish
and chips, freshly made with golden, crispy batter
that’s as good as the soft white fish underneath.
Pizza is another speciality, cooked in the wood-
