RENDEZVOUS CAFÉ
14a Church Street, Inverness, IV1 1EA
01463 718 444
If you need a reason to check out Rendezvous
Café, here’s perhaps the best one: it serves the
most recommended breakfast in Inverness. From
its home on Church Street, this informal cafe
serves up great food till 4pm, every day of the
week. It also opens late for regular special events
such as film nights, especially during the summer
months. Rendezvous is aptly named in that it sits
on the site where the Northern Meeting took place
in the 1700s, seeing major decisions surrounding
Highland life, as well as grand occasions. The
site then became a dance hall, a record shop,
then an eatery, having been known in its current
incarnation since 2007. Enjoy coffee and a cake,
afternoon tea, a hearty Scottish breakfast, or light
lunch. The cafe can provide tasty private catering
too - the team at Rendezvous will do the hard
work so you don’t have to.
