eateries in the city centre. The restaurant chain
was the first to serve authentic Napoletana
pizza in Glasgow, importing special ovens direct
from the region. The dough used is a hybrid of
yeast and sourdough. It’s proofed for two days
at a time, and then cooked at 500˚C, to create
a moist, light, and soft crust. Choose your
toppings and a side dish, then relax and enjoy
the delicious ingredients from regions including
Campania, Tuscany, Naples and Abruzzo. Pair
