Ondine is a Scottish seafood restaurant that’s
a wee bit special. Whether it’s a classic fish

sourced Scottish, from the scallops, hauled up by
divers on Mull, to the lobster, landed at Newhaven.

your best to whittle your selection down to a

Cornish seabass or Orkney rib on the bone steak?
Alternatively, you could just go all out and order
the roasted shellfish platter, groaning under the
weight of rock oysters, Dunbar crab, lobster,
langoustines, scallops, mussels and cockles. Sit
