Wedgwood Restaurant serves up award-winning
fare, sourced from fresh seasonal ingredients that
make the most of Scotland’s natural larder. The
recipient of numerous awards and commendations,
Wedgwood is an establishment firmly on the up.
As well as using ingredients from a host of local
suppliers, the restaurant also relies on ‘foraged’
food including wild salad leaves, herbs and
mushrooms. The food is adventurous without
testing diners’ palates to the limit, with the menu
striking a good balance between traditional and
contemporary dishes. The decor in Wedgwood is
clean yet understated, with the emphasis firmly on
what’s on the plate. The establishment was voted
among the Top 10 Scottish Foodie Destinations by
The Sunday Times, just one of many accolades

Welcome to The Granary, a place for those who
appreciate the simple things in life: fresh food, lively
banter and inventive cocktails that are as daring as
they are intoxicating. During the day, The Granary
is the place to linger over lunch with friends.
Brunch is served till daily 2pm, ensuring there’s no
need to scramble out of bed for a helping of eggs
benedict or French toast with bacon and maple
syrup. For those who are well past breakfast, the
lunch menu includes a delicious poached salmon
salad, homemade burgers and sandwiches that are
generously crammed with steak, chicken, halloumi
and caramelised onions. When the working day is
drawing to a close, The Granary turns into a cosy
spot in which to savour drinks with colleagues.
Four distinctive Mojitos are available alongside the
Gourmet Bloody Mary and ever-popular Bramble.
