sirloin and sapporo sauteed
potatoes. The nigiri sushi,
made with the finest seaweed
and yellowfin tuna before being
deftly hand rolled, is exquisite;
for a local take on the Japanese
classic, try the Glasgow roll,
which is made with smoked
haddock and flying fish roe. For
